The need for exercise increases with age

Being young, energetic and active may make you more willing to exercise regularly but the challenge is to continue it for a long period of time even till an old age. Once you get off your job and do not have much physical activity the need for exercise increases. At that time you need to keep your body into play in order to stay healthy, independent and active for a long time.
People most often are more willing to change their eating habits at older ages and adapt to healthy diets but have certain disinclination towards exercise.
