Just as food,
education and activities are important parts of a child’s development, so is
recreation. Recreation being considered here involves exercise, sports and
being active. It is extremely important that children get in the habit of
exercising daily in different ways. The greater number of sports your child

interest in swimming, try to develop it through encouragement and persuasion.

Swimming is an
